Guess Who's Back
And What I've Been Up To

I Do This For My Culture
WELCOME
Welcome to the very first edition of How Nev Sees It. How Nev Sees It was originally a blog I created back in 2011 after I graduated from University. It was a way for me to share my thoughts and stay connected with friends and family. As life has been lifing recently, I’ve decided to bring it back and give everyone a brief update once a week, while keeping you entertained.
If you’re wondering why you’re receiving this email, it’s either because you’ve signed up for my mailing list on my website, you purchased one of my books, or both. If you feel like you’re already subscribed to too many newsletters, feel free to unsubscribe below. No hard feelings.

Guess Who’s Back, And What I’ve Been Up To
I’ve been busy. Well, we all have been busy. I once tried to start up a newsletter about a year ago, but I just couldn’t find the environment and rhythm I needed to stay consistent. Things didn’t add up and I wasn’t able to get into a routine.
Now?
Now I’ve been able to settle in. I’ve found a routine that I’m excited about and I’m ready to get back to work when it comes to working on the Inspire Series and slowly (very slowly) building The Santana Company. I’ll have updates for you in weeks to come, but let me give you a peak into what I’ve been up to recently:
Nurtured

I’ve launched my own Agency, Nurtured. Nurtured is all about helping startups with their lead generation, lead nurturing, and revenue generation needs. We help them scale revenue by focusing on strategies in those three areas, and can even help train their sales team to be more effective in revenue generation. If you or somebody you know has a startup and would like to talk, feel free to book time on my calendar for a free consultation.
The cool thing about Nurtured is that it’ll be much more than an Agency. Stay tuned for updates along the way. 😃
Run For The Kids

I’m running the NYC Marathon in November. I’m doing it for a charity that I’m passionate about and I’m on the board for, Friends of the Children NY. Friends of the Children NY is a mentorship program that helps high-risk children with one on one mentorship. I’ve been on the board since 2016 and this is a cause that is close to my heart.
Truth me told, I feel like I’ve been slacking and haven’t really been training or promoting as much as I should. So bare with me, as I’ll use this newsletter as a way to get the word out and raise funds. I’m tasked with raising $3,500 and I’d really like to double that amount. I have two asks:
Head over to my fundraising page and give what you can. I’ll have some fun giveaways and prizes to announce as we get closer to the date.
Reply to this email and give me some cool ideas on how I should share my progress with you all. It’ll help keep me motivated to stick to my training schedule.
Maf1a

This project has been kicking my butt. Maf1a is the next installment in the Inspire Series and I didn’t realize how much it’ll take out of me to complete. This book feels very special to me and I want to make sure I’m giving you all the best I have to give. I had a release date, but I had to go in and change the plot structure because it didn’t feel right. I hope to have this in your hands by early 2025 the latest. More to come on this front.
